Are you an experienced and dedicated individual looking for a dynamic opportunity in the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a skilled Waitress to join our team at our establishment in Benin City.

Responsibilities:
Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
Taking accurate food and drink orders from customers
Providing menu recommendations and answering questions about menu items
Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
Monitoring tables to ensure customers have everything they need
Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Handling customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
Accepting payments and making change accurately
Upselling additional products or specials to customers

Requirements:
Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) qualification
Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Waitress
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
