Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Store Keeper to join our team in Benin City.

Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment when necessary.
Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the warehouse.
Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile physical stock with records.
Prepare and maintain reports on stock activities, including stock levels, stock variations, and consumption patterns.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Follow proper documentation procedures for issuing and receiving stock.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the warehouse.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc/HND) in any relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of storekeeping principles and procedures.
Familiarity with inventory management systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
