Requirements:
BSc or HND in Mining Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the mining industry.
Proficient knowledge of mining principles, practices, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Demonstrated commitment to safety in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities:
Conducting feasibility studies and determining the most suitable mining methods.
Designing and implementing mine plans to optimize mineral extraction.
Overseeing mining operations, including drilling, blasting, and excavation.
Monitoring production rates and ensuring efficient use of equipment and resources.
Analyzing geological data and collaborating with geologists to develop mining plans.
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize productivity.
Providing technical support and guidance to mining staff.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.
Preparing reports and documentation related to mining activities.
