Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Manager in Benin City.

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the fuel station operations, including fuel dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Supervise and train fuel station staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate fuel deliveries to maintain adequate stock.
Implement effective security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access to fuel and other resources.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate records of fuel sales, inventory, and financial transactions.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of fuel station equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and government authorities as needed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field.
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fuel retail industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the fuel industry.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and financial reporting.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Must be a resident of Benin City.
