We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to recipes or instructions provided.
Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor food supplies and ingredients, and order them as needed.
Assist in creating menus and determining food inventory needs.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
Follow proper food handling and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and various cooking methods.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Residency in Benin City is mandatory.
