Job Description

An individual is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner in Benin City. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness, this position may be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Follow established procedures for the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Notify the supervisor of any maintenance or repair needs.
Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role.
Resides in Benin City or immediate surroundings.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
