Job Responsibilities:
Hosting and presenting live or recorded shows, programs, or news segments.
Conducting interviews with guests and facilitating discussions.
Writing and editing scripts for broadcasts and ensuring accurate and engaging content.
Operating broadcasting equipment, such as cameras, microphones, and soundboards.
Managing and organizing media content, including videos, audio clips, and images.
Collaborating with other team members to plan and produce high-quality content.
Monitoring industry trends and staying up-to-date with current affairs and relevant topics.
Engaging with the audience through social media platforms and responding to queries or comments.
Assisting in the coordination of technical aspects during live broadcasts.
Ensuring adherence to broadcasting regulations, including ethical standards and copyright laws.
Conducting research and gathering information for news stories or program segments.

Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in broadcasting or media content management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and hosting abilities.
Proficiency in operating broadcasting equipment.
Knowledge of media production and editing software is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Good research and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Residency in Benin City is mandatory.
